Who is Amy Elizabeth Bankoff?

Amy is a Mother, Teacher, Entrepreneur + current Law Student offering personalized yoga + oils practices to support each individual’s circumstances.  Her commitment to be of service + develop harmonious relationships ~ WithIn+ WithOut ~ is communicated through her acts of friendship and sharing the breadth of her life experiences.

Amy has taught yoga for more than 20 years, often citing the honourable Sri. T. Krishnmacharya who said,  ‘You don’t do yoga; Yoga does you.’

Amy has seen that when we honor our Body, Breath + Relationships in daily practice, we know ourself intimately.  This daily action, brings Peace + Power beyond measure; in a way that only one can give to one’s self.
